Good morning,
2024 has been a mess of a year for American politics. The other week, Donald Trump was nearly assassinated. Yesterday, President Biden announced he’s no longer seeking reelection in November. Amidst all of this, though, the left continues to strike with one of their greatest weapons: lawfare. Now, we have valuable tools to strike back thanks to recent Supreme Court rulings. America First Legal is one phenomenal organization spearheading these efforts. Last week, they announced: “We filed an amicus brief to support @JeffClarkUS, arguing that the proceedings seeking to disbar him should be discontinued immediately based upon SCOTUS’ recent decision in Trump v.
