Good morning,
When the Founders of our great country wrote the Constitution, they set up a federal system to ensure there would be a check on any overreach by the United States Federal Government. Federalism went into action this week, with 27 states filing lawsuits to block President Biden’s radical pro-transgender policy. Biden’s revisions to Title IX mandate that boys are allowed to use girls’ restrooms and locker rooms if they claim they are women (which they are not). Conservative Governors are refusing to abide by this law and fighting back against this terrible policy.
