Most people can tell that the recent Venezuelan election was rigged. Venezuela uses modern election systems similar to many other countries in the world. If it is an issue there, then it could be an issue anywhere that uses a similar system under a corrupt political elite. That includes us. If a corrupt ruling class has the will, the means, and the motive to rig an election, they will definitely try to do it.
