Good morning,
The Supreme Court ruled on Monday that Presidents have immunity from criminal prosecution when it comes to official Presidential actions. Checks and balances are crucial to the three co-equal branches of government and Presidential immunity gives the executive the power to act as they please without the fear of being prosecuted by the other branches. This is a big win for Trump. Joe Biden, on the other hand, is in a terrible position with both the media and the Democratic party as they scramble with the possibility of replacing him.
