WYNK: Trump Cases Are Falling Apart
Things are looking good for the former President.

The cases against former President Donald Trump are becoming increasingly shaky. Stormy Daniels’ testimony in the hush money trial showed that she is a shaky witness, despite being the subject of the trial. In addition, a New York state Senator responsible for passing the extension of the statute of limitations to go after Trump is now claiming it is unconstitutional now that it’s been used on him. In the document mishandling case, it came out that the FBI had tampered with the evidence, leading the judge to delay the case indefinitely. The Supreme Court is hearing the Presidential Immunity case, and based on the statements from Chief Justice Roberts, it seems unlikely that the Court will accept the left’s claims against Presidential immunity. Lawfare is rampant and dangerous, but it is not foolproof.
